Covenant Kids Preschool at Mount Vernon Baptist Church is a Christ-centered environment where children—from 6 weeks old through 5 years old—are nurtured, taught, and cared for during some of their most formative years. We stand by Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when they are old they will not depart from it." Our mission is to partner with families to lay a strong spiritual and educational foundation rooted in the love of Jesus that lasts for a lifetime.
We believe that even the youngest hearts can begin to know God, so every part of our day is intentional—helping children grow in truth, character, and confidence. Through age-appropriate Bible teaching, engaging activities, and a safe, loving atmosphere, we introduce each child to the Gospel and the truth that they are created, known, and deeply loved by God.
Our team is committed not only to providing quality care and early childhood development, but also to cultivating a place where families feel supported and children are encouraged to grow—spiritually, socially, and academically.
